My website!     The idea of this project is to help us learn about how we are to make our own website and how to work with the HTML code for the website. The processes of the project was to open up the program Dreamweaver and begin with the instructions. We had to type about us and then we had to change the layout and color scheme of the site. Then we had to link a second page to our home site. The second page had our class schedule on it. After that We had to have the same CSS rules to our second page.      I learned how to make new rules to change the look and layout of my project. Also I learned how to make a site accessible to people with disabilities. Next time I would read the instructions more carefully so that way I didn't have to go back and redo certain steps as many times. Next time I would keep using HTML code the same way I did because it was very useful. I will remember how difficult it was to create all the rules to get the page to look the way you want. I like

My Dream House                                                                                                                                                                 In our e-Communications class we have an animation segment. One of the projects we have is to make our own dream house in a program called Google SketchUp. The scope of the project was to learn how to use the program along with creating and bringing our own ideas to life. The processes began with creating a plan for our house so that we had something to base the shapes off of when we started to build it. Next we began to create the shapes for the house and pulling them up into 3D objects instead of 2D objects. After we finish building the base of the house we began to add details like textures to the sides of the house and windows, doors, and maybe some cars.       In the butterfly project we learned how to use the clone stamp tool and how to change the wings.  In our final project we learned how to take the Raven head and crop it and take it and put it on top of a different image. Plus we learned how to use the mask to blur the edges of the images.

          This is my keynote animation. My story is about a book worm family that lives in the public library. When the dad comes home he says hello to his wife and daughter. Then Amy (his daughter) asks to hang out with her friend. When he says no Amy gets angry and runs away to her friend anyway. when the Dad returns he tells his wife and she goes to get Amy.

   This is my personal logo, I used my middle name because it is a lot more memorable then "Abby" because I'm not a normal person when it comes to my ideas. However I used the color blue because people can trust me, I am strong in my ideas an goals. The reason I used the three triangles is because the lighter blue triangle is the consumer they are unstable and I am the darker blue triangle keeping them stable and strong. Plus the splattered paint on the sides symbolize the hectic reality we live in, by there will always be a tong center in me.

  In illustrator we made orthogonal cubes. We watched a tutorial on Lynda.com to figure out how to make all of the sides equal. We had to copy and paste the three main lines and copied them several times to finish off the cube. Then we added color to the cube to give it depth/perception. The darker colors make it look farther behind and the lighter shades make it come forward. Then i rounded the edges of the cube so that way it did not have weird tails that lost the flow of the eye making it look 3D.  This was a challenge for me because there was so many steps to do to make it look accurate. However the end result was with it, because it looked really awesome and it's cool to say that I made this from scratch.

         Today we started photoshop, photoshop is different then illustrator because in photoshop you have to work in layers, also in illustrator you are starting from scratch and photoshop is more like photo editing. I learned that you can create several layers in photos shop of the same image and if you mess up on the first try you can delete it and tie the original and make a copy to try again. I also learned that photoshop is less forgiving when you mess up. Also I learned that i like illistrtaor a lot better. 

         Color analysis is very important because it shows emotion the the audience with exiling emotions. Each color has its own emotions that it shows, like blue shows trust and strength, and yellow means optimism and warmth. To show the meaning of the color on labels and we studied two different types of bathroom product bottles. The Johnson's baby lotion is in a light baby blue color, so the color conveys trust to the mother who is buying it for her baby because she wants to trust the product she is putting on her baby. The further we looked at different bottles the more the connections reveled themselves. 

    Fonts Have Personality's Too!      My font to match my personality is called Cooper Black Italics. The test that I  took showed me these results that I was emotional, assertive, progressive, and relaxed. I am very emotional I get really stressed out very easily. Plus I want everything to be my best work and nothing less. I am very assertive  I will stand up for any one of my friends and I am not afraid to speak my mind. I am very progressive because I like to think to the future. I am very relaxed because I like to live in the moment and realize that everything will get finished. 

My personality Type       My results for my Meyers-Briggs Personality Test  was that I am very tender-hearted,careful,and cooperative. That I want harmony in my environment, work with determination to establish it. that I like to work with others to complete tasks accurately and on time. Loyal, follow through even in small matters. notice what others need in their day-by-day lives and try to provide it. that I want to be appreciated for who they are and for what they contribute. One famous person that I am like is  Pope Fransis.              My personality type describes me very well because I am a very outgoing person, that loves to talk to people and enjoys company. The test results saying that I make most of m decisions by feeling then thinking things through in my head is right on. What is Graphic Design?             Graphic design is ,well it's different to everybody but to me its it is about making things extraordinary, beautiful, and interesting to look at. Making people stop and think, trying to figure out what the story is behind the picture or this mural and anything in between. Making someones day better by seeing something amazing or just even pleasant to look at. Graphic Design is learning to manipulate peoples minds to show them what you were thinking with out using words, or maybe justing getting the everyday person to stop their hectic lives and use there imagination to create a story behind your image. Creating something magnificent.               I loved this design because i thought of someone stuck in a slump or just depressed. When they felt like life was over they found something hat made them happy. Brought them joy. They felt alive, thats why i love the design.
